• You may set up a virtual appointment by clicking here or call the store of your choosing to set up an appointment.
• Store visits are by appointment only and are for curbside services only at this time.  Click here to see a list of locations and hours.
• When visiting a store for your curbside service, please park in front of a colored cone and call the store.  The associate will ask what color cone you are parked near and exit the building to assist you.
• All associates are required to wear masks and wash their hands often especially after every customer interaction.
• We ask that you take whatever precautions necessary to protect yourself and our associate during your curbside visit.

Over the last one hundred years, we have helped so many of you commemorate special moments in your lives.  We’ve been a part of your engagements, your marriages, your births, your holidays, your graduations and special events.  Even in uncertain times, you have allowed us to be a part of your life story.  We value that privilege and never take it for granted.

We know that our community is facing an unprecedented scenario at this time.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our highly trained staff are upholding strict protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone that walks into our stores and offices.  We have added increased sanitation of solid surfaces, screens, high touch areas, and even jewelry.  All domestic and international travel has been halted, as well as in-person company gatherings and meetings.

However, we want you to know that we are still here for you and all of your important moments.  In an effort to serve you better, our staff has undergone additional training on virtual tools that will allow us to continue to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
